Do I own the GPS device after it's installed?

No. The GPS device remains the property of Al-Abry Connection for the duration of the service agreement, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

How do I pay for the service?

Payments can be made via M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, bank transfer, or cash at our office. A receipt is issued for every payment.

What happens if I sell my vehicle?

You must notify us in writing within 7 days of any change in vehicle ownership, sale of the vehicle, or change of phone number or address.

Can I cancel the service?

Either party can end the agreement with 30 days' written notice. For fixed-term contracts, ending early may attract an early termination fee.

Is my location data shared with anyone?

No. Your tracking data is not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except where required by Tanzanian law or a lawful court order.

GPS tracking is a monitoring aid, not a guarantee against theft or loss. It significantly improves your ability to locate a vehicle and respond quickly.
