These Terms of Service govern your use of this website. They are separate from, and do not replace, the Customer Service Agreement you sign when installing a GPS tracking device, which sets out the full terms of the tracking service itself. Both are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
1. Using this website
This website provides information about Al-Abry Connection's GPS tracking services and allows you to request a quote. You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us or requesting a quote.
2. The tracking service
Becoming a tracking customer requires signing a separate Customer Service Agreement, which covers installation, fees, device ownership, data handling, contract duration, and termination in full. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to contract. It is general information only.
3. Service availability
GPS tracking depends on GPS satellite visibility and mobile network coverage. Service may be temporarily interrupted by network outages, physical obstructions, or maintenance. Tracking is a monitoring aid and does not guarantee against vehicle theft or loss.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Al-Abry Connection. You may not copy or reproduce it without permission.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and the courts of Tanzania have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
