When you request a quote or become a customer, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, and vehicle details. For active tracking customers, our service collects vehicle location, trip history, and driver-behaviour data as described in your service agreement.
2. How we use it
Information is used to provide and support the tracking service, respond to enquiries, process payments, and meet our legal obligations. Tracking data is collected solely to deliver the service you've subscribed to.
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal or tracking data to third parties without your prior written consent, except where required by law or a valid legal request from a competent authority in Tanzania.
4. Data retention
Tracking data is retained for a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 12 months, after which it may be archived or deleted, in line with our customer service agreement.
